A.    CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation must be done in writing or email. No exceptions. Cancellations will not be accepted for: Normal Orders after 4 days / Market Orders after 2 days

B.    PAYMENT TERMS

Mexports accepts all major credit card payment (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, etc) or company check. WE REQUIRE 50% DEPOSIT TO PROCEED WITH ORDER AND FULL PAYMENT 7-10 DAYS PRIOR SHIPMENT.

Mexports now offers NET 30 on orders of $3,500 and up: Subject to approval by our partner DSA Factors.

C.    SHIPPING TERMS

(WE DO NOT SHIP TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES)

All shipments are FOB Laredo, TX. To avoid damage, all shipments will be shipped via an approved truck line. Freight charges for all shipments will be under COLLECT TERMS unless a special arrangement has been made. Stock items will be available within days. Please allow 2-6 weeks for items out of stock. Delivery dates are estimated and are subject to change.

D.    CONCEALED DAMAGE POLICY:

It is the Customer responsibility on truck Freight Shipments to require the driver to remain until the items are unpacked and inspected. We regret the inconvenience this matter has caused you. Therefore, your claim is considered “Concealed Damage”.

Concealed damage is defined as that which no specific cause, place or time of occurrence can be determined; and that which there is no firm evidence to show when ,where, how, or why the damage occurred.

Any Damage must be noted on the freight slip. Concealed Damage will not be covered later if not noted at the time.

E.    PRIVACY POLICY

With respect to your information provided to Mexports, we will comply with all applicable U.S. data protection laws currently in force. We will use such information for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping

To improve our product services

We may periodically send promotional materials about new products, or other information, which we think you may find interesting using the e-mail you have provided.

F.    CLAIMS

The day we ship your merchandise, we will fax you the attached notification of shipment, so you can track your merchandise and follow the claim policies.
