Shipment Processing Time

The delivery is available in all regions of the United States.

It usually takes 4- 6 weeks (28-42 Days) to process your order and 

Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us via email mexportsinc@hotmail.com and provide your name, order number, and date of order.

Mexportsinc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sorry, no returns. 

1.You must be present at the time of delivery.

2.The goods must be opened immediately while the freight carrier is on site in oder to reveal cancealed damage.

3.Do not sign Bill of Lading before checking for damages. Ifseverely damaged, DO NOT SIGN refuse. 

4. Once the Bill of Lading is signed, We are not responsible for freight damages. It is then the responsability of the customer to file a claim with the shipper.
