RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Mexports does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted and may incorporate natural materials such as mesquite wood, stone, leather, cowhide, copper, and travertine. Natural variations in color, grain, texture, pattern, knots, cracks, patina, and other characteristics are inherent to these materials and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Mexports within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the claim.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are also final sale.
