By visiting our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED MATERIALS
Mexports specializes in handcrafted furniture made with natural and artisan materials, including mesquite wood, hammered copper, travertine, natural stone, leather, cowhide, and hand-forged iron.
Because many of our products are handcrafted and incorporate natural materials, variations in color, grain, texture, pattern, knots, cracks, patina, dimensions, and other characteristics may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted and natural materials and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent our furniture as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, finishes, and natural characteristics may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, and the individual materials used in each piece.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom and made-to-order furniture may vary slightly from photographs, samples, renderings, or previously produced pieces due to the handcrafted nature of our work and the natural materials used.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable dimensions, materials, finishes, specifications, and other order details before production begins.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges or production time.
PRICING AND QUOTES
Prices, product information, specifications, availability, and quotes are subject to change without notice before an order is confirmed.
Custom quotes are based on the specifications and information provided at the time of the request. Changes to dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities, shipping requirements, or other specifications may affect the final price.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, product availability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or circumstances that prevent us from completing an order as originally requested.
If an order that has already been paid is canceled by Mexports, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, destination, carrier availability, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring that furniture can safely fit through doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, and other access points at the delivery location.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged or incorrect items should be reported according to our Return & Refund Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including photographs, furniture designs, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Mexports unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, or other information will always be complete or error-free.
