Mexports by Susana Molina offers shipping and delivery options for our handcrafted furniture throughout the United States.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the furniture, delivery destination, order quantity, and type of delivery required.
For products that require a custom shipping quote, our team will provide shipping information and applicable costs before the order is finalized.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMES
Many Mexports pieces are handcrafted, custom, or made to order. Production and processing times may vary depending on the product, materials, finishes, customization, and current production schedule.
Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided when applicable. All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
DELIVERY
Large furniture items may require freight, residential delivery, commercial delivery, or another specialized delivery service.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including any special access requirements.
Before ordering, please make sure the furniture can safely fit through all necessary doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, gates, and other access points at the delivery location.
DELIVERY INSPECTION
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery whenever possible.
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Mexports within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the furniture, packaging, and any visible damage may be required so our team can review the claim.
DELAYS
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur due to production schedules, carrier availability, weather, transportation conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER FURNITURE
Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production and delivery time. Our team will provide estimated timing based on the specifications of your project.
